The Enterprise Services Community (ES Community) is a collaborative, cross-industry program that brings together thought leaders from diverse industries to share ideas and innovations in enterprise services. The community includes customers and partners who work jointly with SAP to identify and define high-value enterprise services required by customers, and delivered by SAP.

This collaboration yields a robust, constantly evolving set of enterprise services, which SAP then packages and makes available through the enterprise services repository in the SAP NetWeaver technology platform. So a larger collection of enterprise services is available to you as you develop business solutions that are truly interoperable and customizable.

The ES Community provides:

• The opportunity to influence the definition of enterprise services being created by SAP and our partners.
• Advisory groups aimed at addressing key business challenges within a particular industry or technology. The groups propose new enterprise services, review enterprise services offered by SAP, and provide feedback on best practices.
• The single channel to request enterprise services from SAP. The ES Community serves as the single, early-access program for partners interested in building solutions based on SAP's repository of enterprise services.
