You invest in tools, processes, standards, and certified technical support experts to deliver the best solutions to customers.
You work closely with SAP Active Global Support and must complete the following:
- Pass a comprehensive, partner qualification process
- Support the local strategy, standards, tools, and objectives of SAP Active Global Support
- Provide superior value that enhances SAP service and support delivery
- Add depth, breadth, and flexibility to SAP solution and product support
- Deliver significant benefits to SAP and customers
- Meet customer needs and strengthen customer satisfaction by providing appropriate service and support jointly with SAP
- Understand clearly different scenarios from the SAP Solution Manager application management solution
Support partnerships are available at the following levels.
SAP Alliance Partner Support
As an SAP Alliance partner that cooperates extensively with SAP, your company must be an accomplished service, software, or technology firm offering service and support to SAP accounts in a regional market. You enable joint, local market development and support.
You deliver all service and support required to implement, use, and support SAP and non-SAP solutions. To ensure quality support, you must:
- Maintain SAP Active Global Support standards and best practices
- Have the required SAP Solution Manager setup
- Employ a sufficient number of certified technical experts with support-specific qualification
SAP Global Alliance Partner Support
To reach this highest level of support partnership, you must represent a select group of top-tier technology companies with a staunch SAP focus. You must demonstrate strong commitment to SAP through significant, mutual investments in resources and dedicated market funds.
You develop and implement joint support strategies on a global basis – delivering the service and support required to use and support SAP and non-SAP solutions. To ensure quality support, you must:

Certified Translation Vendors
The SAP Language Services department, which creates more than 30 language versions for SAP software, provides a certification program for translation vendors. The program offers SAP partners and customers a resource for translation requirements resulting from implementing and applying SAP software. All listed certified translation vendors have a longstanding relationship with SAP and pass a strict auditing and performance evaluation process.
